I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect with a great pool area and three large jacuzzis, but my room faced an unappealing view of fans and air conditioners. The service was initially professional but lacking as the staff seemed more focused on chatting with a coworker than catering to guests' needs.

My room was right in front of the Olympic size pool with huge corner windows offering a view of the city, but unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it as the outside view was obstructed by fans and air conditioners and roofs.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, very comfortable, and always clean. I particularly liked the spacious room with a kitchen. The service was top-notch, with staff who knew exactly how to cook vegetables and were very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect, being gated with security round the clock and just a short five-minute walk to downtown Ensenada. The hotel offered a mix of pros and cons in the location, but it was great to be away from the city noise. The dining experience was pleasant, especially having breakfast included in the room price. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing everything I needed during my stay.
